Search by Locus Please enter the locus ID of that targeted protein sequences available in JEVBase.This will compare when the locus NCBI Locus ID is available in JEVBase.For comparing two protein first search the JEVBase database and find out your targeted protein sequences .Copy the corresponding NCBI locus id .Based on htese Locus ID you can compare two proteins.   Top
